While on active duty, it was my job to manage, organize, and anticipate needs to keep operations up and running. I traveled from the East Coast to West Coast, Europe, and Alaska and navigated renting and owning homes. My personal experience with a property manager caring for my home here in Alaska helped me decide this was the right career after retirement from the military.

We screen all applicants by verifying current employment, past landlords, references, credit reports, and Alaska court system records. Also, we collect security deposits from tenants should we need to make repairs caused by the tenant.
